How does the cash drawer connect to the POS?
The cash drawer uses an RJ11/RJ12 cable that plugs into the back of your thermal receipt printer. The printer sends a 12V or 24V electrical pulse to open the drawer.
What if I lose the keys?
Each heavy-duty drawer comes with a unique set of keys. If lost, you can still open the drawer electronically via the POS software, but we recommend keeping the spare key in a safe.
