Wireless Calling System Restaurant Coaster

Wireless Calling System is a Guest Calling System. It consists of a Numeric Keypad Transmitter and some Guest Pagers. It is widely used in fast-food restaurants, coffee shops, pizza shops, and other places where there are many guests waiting for their services. This system improves efficiency and service level while reducing labor costs and enhances business rating.

HOW TO USE Wireless Calling System?

1. Guests come to the restaurant and make an order.
2. The waiter gives each guest a coaster pager; every pager has a number on it (No.1~30).
3. When an order is ready, the waiter at the counter will press the number on the transmitter.
4. The corresponding Guest gets the wireless signal by their coaster pager vibrating or LED flashing or sounding and then they get notified that their order is ready.
5. The guest then proceeds to the counter to take their food.

Our Wireless Calling System adopts RF wireless technology with millions of different learning codes. The system includes 999-channel call buttons keypad and portable buzzer and vibration receivers. Each receiver is rechargeable and labeled with a number. In standby status, it is plugged into the charging slot while the client places an order, the client will be provided one receiver with a number when the order is ready, the host presses the keypad to call the number, the client will get it through the buzzer/vibration/LED indications.
